Year 7 watch London Lions 

On Wednesday, 25th March, 54 year 7 students were able to attend and watch elite level basketball at the Copper Box arena in Stratford, the home of London Lions. It was a thrilling play off encounter against Sheffield Sharks. London Lions were victorious on this occasion , winning 87-67.

A special mention to Amin Adamu for coming up to Gaynes students following a workshop on Monday with the elite stars. Amin also gave the school one of his GB jersey, which we are extremely grateful for.

The PE department would like to say thank you to all the students who attended and to staff for their support in organising this trip.
