School Council Impact review Feb 2026

YOU SAID - WE DID

The School Council continues to play an important role in shaping school improvement and ensuring pupil voice is heard across all year groups. Representatives from every form group meet at least once every half term to discuss ideas, share feedback from their classes and work collaboratively with staff to identify ways to improve the school experience for everyone.

Through these regular meetings, pupils have contributed to a range of “You said, we did” actions, demonstrating that their suggestions are listened to and acted upon.

The council has helped to strengthen communication between pupils and staff, promote a positive school environment and support ongoing developments across the school.
