West Ham Women vs London City Lionesses
BackOur KS3 girls had a fantastic time attending the West Ham United Women vs London City Lionesses fixture at Dagenham & Redbridge.
A group of 35 KS3 girls represented Gaynes School on an exciting evening, giving them the opportunity to experience professional women’s football and enjoy the atmosphere of a live match.
The girls thoroughly enjoyed the experience, showing great enthusiasm and support throughout the game. It was wonderful to see them engaging with the match and enjoying the opportunity to watch talented female footballers competing at a high level.
The visit was also a great way to inspire our students and encourage them to get involved in sport, while celebrating the growing opportunities available to girls and women in football.
