Gaynes School is proud to celebrate the outstanding work of our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors, who recently visited Branfil Primary School to deliver a series of engaging and impactful sessions for younger students.

Our ambassadors led anti-bullying workshops for all Year 4 pupils, delivering an informative presentation alongside interactive, small-group activities. These sessions were designed to encourage discussion, build understanding, and empower pupils to recognise and challenge bullying behaviours in a supportive environment. The primary students responded enthusiastically, showing great maturity and engagement throughout.

In addition, our students supported Year 5 and Year 6 pupils with their transition to secondary school. A myth-busting presentation addressed common concerns and misconceptions, followed by small-group Q&A sessions where pupils were able to ask honest and thoughtful questions about life at secondary school. This open and reassuring approach helped to build confidence and ease anxieties about the next stage of their education.

The visit was a fantastic example of Gaynes School’s commitment to community engagement and student leadership. Our ambassadors acted as exceptional role models, demonstrating confidence, empathy, and professionalism at all times.

Staff at Branfil Primary School were full of praise for our students, recognising them as a true credit to Gaynes.

We are incredibly proud of the positive impact they continue to make, both within our school and across the wider community, showcasing the values and character that define Gaynes students.
