Anti Bullying Interviews

Last term we carried out Anti-Bullying student interviews across the school. Interest was incredibly high, with over 90 students applyiing across all year groups (Year 7 to 10) 

Shortlisted applicants took part in small group interviews over 3 days led by our trained Year 11 student interviewers. Their role was to observe communication, empathy, confidence, teamwork and suitability for the role — bringing genuine student voice and student leadership into the selection process.

Following the interview stage, 45 students have now been selected to take forward our whole-school anti-bullying work this year.

We are extremely proud of every student who applied — the quality, passion and maturity shown was outstanding.
