Year 10 Motivational Workshop, Futures Week– Monday 1st July
BackOn Monday 1st July, as part of our ongoing Futures Week programme, some Year 10 students took part in an inspiring and engaging workshop. The session was designed to motivate students and encourage them to start thinking seriously about their futures, linking directly to our Careers curriculum and supporting their understanding of the wide range of Post-16 options available.
Through interactive activities and real-life insights, students explored different career pathways, developed their aspirations, and reflected on the skills and attitudes needed to succeed beyond school. The workshop aimed to raise aspirations and give students the tools and confidence to begin planning their next steps.
The feedback from students was overwhelmingly positive, with many feeling more focused, informed, and inspired about their future goals. This workshop marks an important step in supporting our students as they begin making decisions about life after Year 11.
