Year 10 NHS Employer Led Q&A, Futures Week– Thursday 3rd July
BackOn Thursday 3rd July, as part of our ongoing Futures Week programme, all Year 10 students took part in an engaging and informative assembly led by a guest from the NHS. The session was delivered by a practicing doctor and offered students a valuable introduction to careers within one of the UK’s largest employers.
The workshop aimed to highlight the wide range of roles available in the NHS – from frontline medical positions like doctors and nurses to behind-the-scenes roles in administration, technology, and support services. Students gained insights into the skills, qualifications, and pathways needed to pursue a career in healthcare, as well as the personal rewards and challenges of working in the sector.
