Whilst the governments portal is still struggling under the volume of requests from schools nationally for vouchers – vouchers are now slowly being issued. If you haven’t received your voucher yet please keep checking your email rather than contacting the school at this stage as there are delays in issuing.
If you have received a voucher please note that at this time these can only be redeemed digitally. We cannot at this time exchange these for postal vouchers. Please continue to check your junk mail boxes for your voucher code also as a number of emails have gone to parents junk folders. Please also check all email accounts registered with the school especially those of you who are registered with an email account linked to parentpay.
These vouchers are mainly only redeemable in store. Only for selected shops are these redeemable online.
